What House Money sends by text, who receives it, and exactly what you agree to when you turn it on.
Who sends these messages
House Money Inc. publishes paid NBA and NFL analysis at housemoney.com. Text alerts tell members that something happened to an analysis they already pay for: it was published, it was corrected, or it was withdrawn. These are service notifications, not marketing. House Money is not a sportsbook and does not accept or facilitate wagers.
How a member opts in
Opt-in happens inside the member’s own account, after signing in, under Settings. The member enters a mobile number and turns on “Release alerts by text”, which is off by default for every account. It is never bundled into signup, into checkout, or into any other agreement, and it is never a condition of membership or of any purchase.

STOP, START and HELP
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE to stop the messages immediately. The opt-out is also written back to the member’s account, and the switch can be turned off in Settings at any time.

- Message frequency varies, because analyses are published when they are ready rather than on a schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Text alerts are never a condition of membership or of any purchase, and turning them off does not affect app notifications, email, or your membership.
- Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
