What House Money sends by text, who receives it, and exactly what you agree to when you turn it on.
Who sends these messages
House Money Inc. publishes paid NBA and NFL analysis at housemoney.com. Text alerts tell members that something happened to an analysis they already pay for: it was published, it was corrected, or it was withdrawn. These are service notifications, not marketing. House Money is not a sportsbook and does not accept or facilitate wagers.
How a member opts in
Opt-in happens inside the member’s own account, after signing in. The member saves a mobile number under Settings, then opens Notifications and turns on the “Text Notifications” row, which is off by default for every account. The consent wording below is printed beside that row, before it can be turned on. It is never bundled into signup, into checkout, or into any other agreement, and it is never a condition of membership or of any purchase.

By turning this on you agree to receive automated text messages from House Money at the number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
The screens a member actually sees
House Money enrolls members in text alerts inside their own signed-in account, because the alerts concern paid analysis and only members receive them. The screenshots below are of the House Money member area itself and show the enrollment in full, including the consent disclosure exactly as it is printed beside the control.
Text alerts are not live yet. House Money has not sent a text message to anyone, and the control stays closed until carrier registration is complete. The screenshots show the enrollment screen with the control open, which is how it reaches members once it does.
1 · Add your mobile number
Settings, inside the member account. The mobile number is typed by the member and saved here; nothing is pre-filled and the field is optional.
2 · Open Release Notifications
Every channel House Money can reach a member on, each with its real status. Text Notifications reads Disabled, which is how every account starts.
3 · Read the disclosure, then turn it on
The consent disclosure is printed beside the control, before it can be turned on, with Privacy Policy and Terms linked. The member presses Turn on; nothing happens until they do.
A number is always required
With no saved number the row says so. There is no path to text alerts that does not start with a number the member entered themselves.
What the row shows today
Today the row carries no control at all. House Money has not sent a single text message, and will not until carrier registration is complete.

STOP, START and HELP
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE to stop the messages immediately. The opt-out is also written back to the member’s account, and the switch can be turned off under Notifications at any time.

Frequency, rates and your number
- Message frequency varies, because analyses are published when they are ready rather than on a schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Text alerts are never a condition of membership or of any purchase, and turning them off does not affect app notifications, email, or your membership.
- Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- House Money is intended for users 21 years of age or older where applicable.
