Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information House Money collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. House Money is designed to collect only what is needed to operate a premium membership experience.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account or start a trial.
- Billing information: payments are processed by trusted third-party payment processors; House Money does not store full card numbers.
- Usage information: pages visited, releases viewed, device and browser data, and similar analytics that help us understand how the platform is used.
- Communications: messages you send to support or through platform channels.
2. How we use information
- To provide membership access, deliver releases, and operate the trial and subscription.
- To process payments, manage renewals, and handle cancellations.
- To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
- To improve the platform, its analysis experience, and its performance.
- To run optional giveaways and member experiences you choose to participate in.
3. What we do not do
House Money does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform (such as payment processors, hosting, and analytics providers), or where required by law.
4. Cookies and analytics
House Money uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work properly without them.
5. Data retention and security
Account information is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting House Money support. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
7. Age requirement
House Money is intended for users 21 years of age or older where applicable and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform, and the date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
9. Text message alerts
If you turn on text alerts, House Money sends automated text messages to the mobile number on your account when an analysis is published, corrected, or withdrawn. Turning them on is a separate, explicit choice: it is off by default, it is never required to create an account or hold a membership, and you can turn it off at any time.
We record when you turned text alerts on and where you turned them on from, so that consent can be shown. Your mobile number and the messages themselves are handled by our messaging provider and by mobile carriers in order to deliver them.
- Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop text alerts, or turn them off in your account. Reply HELP for our support contact.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Turning text alerts off does not affect app notifications, email, or your membership.
