These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the House Money platform and membership. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

House Money is a premium sports intelligence platform focused on structured NBA and NFL analysis. All content is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. House Money is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not provide financial, gambling, or betting advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old where applicable to use House Money, and you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply in your location. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Membership and trial

Membership begins with a 3-day trial that lets you preview the member experience and review the release archive. After the trial, membership continues as a recurring paid subscription at the price shown at checkout until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation and refund handling are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Member content and archive

Releases are time-stamped and remain visible in a reviewable archive. If a correction is needed, a note is added for transparency; original releases are not deleted to protect optics.

Member releases and platform content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or republish member content without written permission from House Money.

5. Acceptable use

Do not share your account or member access with others.
Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract platform content.
Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of laws applicable in your location.
Do not misrepresent House Money analysis as guarantees, picks with promised outcomes, or financial advice when sharing your own commentary.

6. Giveaways and experiences

Members may receive access to exclusive giveaways, sports-related experiences, and future House Money events as the platform expands. Each giveaway or event may be subject to its own rules, eligibility requirements, and applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. House Money does not warrant that analysis will be accurate, complete, or produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House Money and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any decisions you make based on platform content. All decisions are made at your sole discretion.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

House Money may update the platform, membership benefits, pricing, or these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Text alerts

Text alerts are optional. If you turn them on, you agree to receive automated text messages from House Money at the mobile number on your account when an analysis is published, corrected, or withdrawn. Accepting text messages is not a condition of membership or of any purchase.

Message frequency varies, because releases are published when the analysis is ready rather than on a schedule.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop text alerts, or turn them off in your account. Reply HELP for our support contact.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
